Abstract

This study analyzes the strategy for developing tuberculosis (TB) cadres in increasing the CDR (Case Detection Rate) of tuberculosis in the working area of the Sarang 1 Health Center, Rembang Regency. The first analysis is fishbone analysis obtained from interviews with internal informants (TB cadres) and external informants (TB Programmers, Surveillance, Person in Charge of Public Health Efforts (PJ UKM), Village Head, and Village Officials), from fishbone analysis it can be identified man problems (poor communication skills, no time limit for TB cadres, no official recognition), method (not all TB cadres have received certified training, assistance from the Puskesmas is not routine), money (salaries for cadres are not yet available, budget for there is no contact tracing yet, giving rewards is not yet feasible), materials (lack of internal memory capacity for Android cellphones and wifi network, sputum examination tools are not yet available at the Puskesmas). The second analysis is by USG, from this analysis the problems that need to be prioritized for resolution are poor communication skills, not all TB cadres have received certified training, assistance from the Puskesmas is not routine, and sputum examination tools are not yet available at the Puskesmas. The third analysis is with SWOT to determine strategy analysis using IFAS and EFAS, from the calculation results obtained IFAS S (2.15) > W (1.50), while the results of the EFAS calculation opportunity O (2.24) > T (1.72) ). So that the ability of TB Cadres is in a good position, namely aggressive (SO strategy) meaning that it takes advantage of the strengths and opportunities that TB Cadres have. The way that can be done is to increase the training and coaching of TB cadres, strengthen the legality of TB cadres by providing SK or Assignment Letters, increasing the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure for TB Cadres.
